My interests.. well from the links below, you can probably get a fairly good idea! :-)

Information On This Site

Dell Dimension Computer Upgrade FAQ

I've compiled a FAQ page on how to upgrade the processor in some Dell Dimension computers. It also contains some applicable information on memory and hard drive upgrades.

Fuel Injection & Computerized Engine Troubleshooting

Is your car's Check Engine or Service Engine Soon light on? I've created a page with some information about troubleshooting fuel injection and computer problems on cars, especially for GM vehicles.

Links & Information

Here are some links for general sites I visit on a regular basis, have some personal interest in, or just think are cool.

Personal:

University of Saskatchewan home page - also, the Computer Science department.

Computer & Gaming:

These are some of the graphics, video game, and general computer news sites I visit frequently: AnandTech, HardOCP, nV News, Slashdot, FiringSquad.

The PC Guide is a great site to learn more about PCs. What I like about this site is that you can get a whole range of information from component basics right down to the interface details, etc.

Users of Dell computers can chat with other users and Dell reps at the DellTalk Forum.

Appliance & Electronic Repair:

sci.electronics.repair FAQ - This is the home of the FAQ for the Usenet group sci.electronics.repair. It contains information on how to repair practically any electronic device - a hobby of mine. A real gold mine of information regarding this subject.

Appliance Clinic is a somewhat similar resource dealing with major appliances. It features common problems and solutions for many common appliance models.

Automotive:

Autosite is a web site dealing with a wide range of automotive topics. Particularly useful is the Automotive Encyclopedia in the repairs and maintenance section.

BAT Auto Technical has some valuable troubleshooting information, including diagnostic code listings (also see my EFI page linked at the top).

Miscellaneous Links:

Penny Arcade is a web comic that's always good for a laugh..

Fark.com is the place for you if you're in the mood for some bizarre news and crazy Photoshop threads..

I also visit the following newsgroups frequently: alt.autos.gm, alt.comp.periphs.videocards.nvidia, alt.comp.periphs.cdr, alt.comp.periphs.mainboard.asus rec.autos.tech, and sci.electronics.repair.

PacTank: The Final Assault

This is a cheesy but rather fun computer game that I, along with some other guys, created in our Computer Science 30 class way back when I was in Grade 11. Click here for more information or to download it.
